水雾化铁粉的DMLS温度场模拟及实验研究

摘要 金属粉末激光直接烧结(DMLS)成型技术,是快速成型技术之一,主要原理是利用高功率激光,直接逐层按零件截面形状将金属粉末熔化再凝结成三维实体,这也是实现快速制造的一种最有潜力的技术。DMLS过程中金属粉末不断被高能激光熔化再凝固,势必在制件的各部位形成不同的温度,制件的温度场分布直接影响成型的质量,而DMLS过程的温度场分布又难以进行有效的实际测量,有限元模拟和实验验证相结合是一种较为有效的方法。模拟和实验的结果较为一致,说明有限元模拟能够有效预测DMLS温度场分布。 DMLS is one of the RP technology,the main process of it is to form a 3D part by melt metal powder layer by layer,each layer's shape is just the part's section at that position.It is also one of the most hopeful methods for rapid manufacturing.In the process metal powder is melted by the high energy laser beam and then solidified,it must made the different part of the work-piece have different temperature,and the distribution of the temperature field influences the quality of the work-piece.Meanwhile the temperature field of DMLS process is difficult to measure,so it becomes a good method to combine FEM with experiment.The results of the simulations and the experiments are almost same,it proves that the simulation can be used to predict the temperature field distribution of DMLS process.
