Technology of Digital Slides Based on the Precise Moving Platform

摘要 介绍了基于微动平台的数字化切片技术,包括系统平台的搭建、相应软件的自主开发及软件开发中的几个关键问题,最后结合具体实物(细胞培养皿)制做了相应的数字切片。 We introduced the technique of digital slices based on the micro moving platform,including the whole system building and the relevant development of the software as well as several related key issues about the system of digital slices during the development of the software.Finally,being combined with the specific object(cell culture dish),the actual digital slices were demonstrated.
