摘要
创办新市民学校是常州市提高外来人员素质,建设学习型城市的重要举措。常州市新市民学校的特色主要体现在五个方面:政策和制度保障体系完善、提供免费教育、把职业培训作为吸引点、注重师资队伍建设、实现教学内容及形式多元化。要更好地发展新市民学校,就必须坚持构建完善的制度和组织保障体系、打造全民学习和终身学习的城市文化、凸显职业培训的核心教育内容、统筹多方面教育资源、注重教育多样化。
Establishing the new citizens school is a significant measures to improve foreign personnel quality and to construct a learning city in Changzhou city. Its characteristics are mainly embodied in five aspects, perfecting the policy system and guarantee system, to provide free education, occupation training as a point of attraction, the quality depend on first - class teacher, to realize the diversification of the teaching content and form. In order to better development of the new citizens school, we must insist to improve the construction of the system and organization system, making the learning and lifelong learning city culture, highlight the occupation training as core education content, many educational resources, to explore the diversity of educational contents and educational form.
