摘要
把全寿命周期管理理念引入到大型接地网设计阶段。通过全寿命周期成本计算,在保证接地系统安全可靠的前提下选择接地材料的材质、截面和接地网降阻方案;运用全寿命周期成本分析对接地网性能参数评价标准进行了优化,提出了变电站允许最大地电位升可提高到5 kV。
The Life Cycle Cost Management (LCC) is introduced in the stage of design for the grounding grid. Grounding material, section and reducing resistance were selected through LCC computation. Optimizing characteristic parameters of the grounding grid through LCC analysis,maximum ground potential rise can be improved to 5 kV.
