摘要
"传统工艺美术"在造物历史的推进中是一种独特的物质文化、精神文化和制度文化的载体,它的承传、流变、转折及创新都具有鲜明的时代烙印,尤其是在改革开放的初期即1977-1988年间,因为各种新政策、新观念、新体制的影响,"传统工艺美术"在文化政策、经营体制、学科建设等方面发展繁复而且迅速。有基于此,拟将在历史的梳理中寻找并探讨"传统工艺美术"在特定条件下的存在与发展形态。
The evolution of traditional arts and crafts is the unique carrier of the heritage of material culture,spiritual culture and the system culture in the development of the human history,which has the distinctive hallmarks of the time including its inheritance,evolution,turning and innovation.Particularly at the beginning of reform and opening up,1977-1988,the arrival and interweaving of new concepts such as the policy,conception and system had made the flourishing of the traditional arts and crafts in many aspects.This paper aims to depict the condition of the specific period of the ＂traditional arts and crafts＂ in the historical context.
