应用腹腔镜治疗闭孔疝4例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 闭孔疝是腹内腔器经闭孔管突出的疝，是临床较少见的一种腹外疝，占所有疝的0．05％～1．4％[1]。近年来，高龄、消瘦的老年女性增多，使闭孔疝的发病率呈现增长之势。由于文献不断报道，以及该病极易发生绞窄，f临床上腹膜刺激征不明显，误诊后极易引起肠穿孔，出现感染性休克、MODS等严重后果，甚至死亡，越来越引起临床重视。现将我院近年来收治的4例闭孔疝患者的临床资料回顾分析如下。
