摘要
介绍了一种特殊直流分压器的研制,解决了其中一系列的技术问题.其中控温技术解决了电阻温漂的问题;工艺上的技术解决了热电势的问题;四端钮的测量方法排除了引线电阻及端钮接触电阻的影响.用本方法研制而成的分压器由高准确度等级的精密电阻串联构成,具有低温度系数、低热电势的特点,其准确度等级可达0.01级.
This paper introduces a special DC voltage divider and lists a set of solutions to the technical problems in the development process, including the temperature-control technology used to deal with the resistance-temperature drift, the technical skills for solving the problem of thermo-EMF and the four-terminal measurement method applied to eliminate the lead resistance and terminal-contact resistance. This voltage divider, with the characteristics of low temperature coefficient and low thermo-EMF, consists of high precision resistors connected in series. And moreover, its grade of accuracy can reached 0.01.
