摘要
目的探讨棕榈花蕾水提物对小鼠体内雌、孕激素水平的影响。方法雌性昆明种(KM)小鼠每日给予棕榈花蕾水提物20g/kg、10g/kg、5g/kg灌胃,两周后用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中雌激素、孕激素水平。结果给予棕榈花蕾水提物10g/kg灌胃时,与生理盐水组相比,小鼠体内雌激素、孕激素水平显著升高。结论棕榈花蕾水提物可升高小鼠体内雌激素、孕激素水平。
Objective To explore the effect of aqueous extract of Palm bud on serum Estrogen and Progesterone in mice.Methods Female KM mice were given aqueous extract of Palm bud by different doses.After two weeks,we measured the levels of Estrogen and Progesterone(P) in mice by a enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with nomal saline group,the levels of Estrogen and Progesterone increased significantly when female mice were received aqueous extract of Palm bud 10g/kg body weight..Conclusion Aqueous extract of Palm bud can increase the levels of female mice Estrogen and Progesterone.
