摘要
目的:通过对我院"优质护理服务示范工程"实施过程护理人员心理压力的调查,分析心理压力产生的原因及提出相应的应对措施。方法:通过对护理部近两年的工作中出现的护士心理压力问题进行总结分析,得出相应结果。结果:精神科护理人员因多方面原因导致心理压力过大,影响"优质护理服务示范工程"的实施,采取相应应对措施可显著降低护士的心理压力。结论:导致精神科护士的心理压力的因素很多,需采用行之有效的措施才能减轻护理人员的心理压力。
Objective： By investigating the nurses psychological pressures during the implementation of the ＂high quality nuts- ing service demonstration project ＂ , analyze the reasons causing the psychological pressures and raise some effective Methods：By summarizing the nurses＇psychological pressure problems in our department in the past two years, obtain the results. Re- suits： There are many kinds of fators causing the psychiatric nurses＇psychological pressures, which could imfluance the implementation of the ＂high quality nursing service demonstration project ＂. However, these probems could be perfectly solved through taking some ef- fective countermeasures. Conclusions： I is necessary to ease the nurses＇psychological pressures by some effective solutions.
