摘要
目的探讨循证护理与传统护理在手术室中的应用的疗效分析。方法将本院2011年1月至2012年3月140例手术患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者进行常规手术护理,观察组患者进行循证护理,比较两组患者护理质量、医师满意度、患者满意度、工作效率、并发症发生率进行分析比较。结果治疗组患者护理质量、医师满意度、患者满意度、工作效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可以显著提高护理质量、医师满意度、患者满意度和工作效率,减少疾病并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the evidence-based nursing in the operating room with the traditional nursing the application analysis of the curative effect.Methods 160 surgical patients in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2012 were selected as research object,andthey were divided into control group and observation group,control group patients with conventional surgery nursing,the observation group patients evidence-based nursing,and compared between the two groups patients nursing quality,the doctor degree of satisfaction and the degree of satisfaction of patients,work efficiency and complications were analyzed and compared.Results treatment group patients nursing quality,the doctor degree of satisfaction and the degree of satisfaction of patients,work efficiency is obviously higher than that of the control group,complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion evidence-based nursing can improve nursing quality,the doctor degree of satisfaction and the degree of satisfaction of patients and work efficiency,reduce the incidence of disease complications.
