摘要
探讨芦荟对小鼠免疫功能的影响。应用芦荟鲜汁提取液对小鼠进行灌胃给药 9天后 ,分别测定对照组和实验组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾淋巴细胞增殖、IL活性及外周血细胞。结果 :芦荟可显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能 (P<0 .0 1) ;促进淋巴细胞增殖反应 (P<0 .0 1) ;诱导 IL产生 ;增加外周血网织红细胞数目。结论 :芦荟具有增强小鼠机体免疫功能和免疫调节作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of aloe on mice' immune function.Methods:Poured the m ice' s stom ach with liquid extracted from aloe' s fresh juice for 9days,and then detected the phagocytosis of m acrophages in abdom inal cavity,the proliferation reaction of lymphocytes in spleen,the activity of IL and the peripheral blood cell. Results:Aloe can improve phagocytosis of macrophages rem arkably( P<0 .0 1 ) ,promote the proliferation reaction of lymphocytes( P<0 .0 1 ) ,induce the production of cytokine,and increase the num ber of reticulocytes of peripheral blood.Conclusion:Aloe can enhance body' s im mune function and regulate im munity.
