摘要
目的对采取鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行观测,对临床患者在手术后的反应提出综合性的意见。方法选择我院在2010年12月至2011年12月来我院进行鼻内镜手术的80例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床资料与手术后1年内的抽访工作。结果在这80例的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻患者中,男性患者为30例,女性患者为50例;年龄在17～78岁。这些患者的临床表现是鼻塞、黏脓涕、嗅觉减退或丧失50例次;鼻塞、黏脓涕伴头痛的有20例次。CT扫描60例患者所表现的是鼻窦的高密度影。结论鼻内镜手术在治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻中具有较好的效果,并且与娴熟的手术操作、规范化的管理有着密切的联系。
Objective Take endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were observed,comprehensive view of clinical patients in the reaction after the surgery.Within one year of pumping.Methods Select endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011,80 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps clinical data and post-operative visit work.Results In 80 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps nose patients,male patients for 30 cases,female patients,50 cases;aged 17 to 78 years old.Clinical manifestations of these patients is headache or eye pain in 50 patients;bloody snot in 20 cases.CT scans of 60 patients demonstrated a high density sinuses.Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps nose with good results,and skilled operative,is closely linked to standardized management.
