摘要
目的 探讨恶性肿瘤介入治疗后再手术的指征和意义。材料和方法 对近 2年来 2例晚期肺癌及 13例消化道恶性肿瘤介入治疗后再手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 15例介入治疗后再手术的恶性肿瘤患者 ,术后症状均明显减轻 ,体征消失 ,生活质量提高。结论 恶性肿瘤介入治疗后再手术切除原发病灶 ,减轻了肿瘤负荷及治疗梗阻、出血等并发症 ,减少或推迟了远处转移的可能性 ,病人的生活质量明显提高 。
Objective To appraise the indication of re operation after interventional chemotherapy of patients with advanced pulmonary and gastrointestinal cancer. Method 15 patients with cancer were treated by re operation after interventional chemotherapy. Results Post operatively symptoms of the above 15 patients were significantly alleviated and their general conditions greatly improved. Conclusion Re operation after interventional chemotherapy of patients with advanced lung and gastrointestinal cancer, removal of primary focus and treatment of complications as obstruction and bleeding, could reduce or postpone the possibility of metastasis. The patients' quality of life and survival period may also be prolonged.(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶334 345)
