摘要
目的:发现和总结近年医疗纠纷投诉在医院内、医院外、医技及其他三大系统纠纷投诉情况,为医院更好地面对和处理医疗投诉提供参考。方法:选取医院近4年发生的医疗纠纷投诉案例,采用Excel建立数据库,用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:患者在三大系统中以外科系统投诉率较高,发生纠纷患者以中高年为主,就医与投诉时间间隔值不断延长,三大系统在时间间隔方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在众多媒体日益关注医疗纠纷和继《侵权责任法》出台后,患者的维权意识不断提高,这要求医务人员在诊疗中要更加重视医患沟通,加强人文关怀,避免纠纷升级,努力创建和谐医患环境。
Objective To explore and summarize the distribution on complaint cases of medical disputes among medicine, surgery and meditech,To provide reference for the hospital to better deal with medical complaints. Method All cases were collected from a third - grade class-A hospital in Jilin province. Values were expressed as S ± X using SPSS (version 17. 0) with analysis of variance in exel data- base. Results The compliant rate of surgery was higher than medicine and meditech and the dispute of middle - aged patients was domi- nant. There was significant difference in time interval among medicine, surgery and meditech ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and the time interval of dispute was prolonging compared to beginning of madieal treatment. Conclusion Awareness of rights increases constantly in patients because of the concentration of medias in medical dispute and the implement of TLA. Therefore medical staff should attach importance to communication and humanistic care with patients to avoid upgrade of dispute and create harmonious environment between patients and hospital,
