主动脉球囊反博泵保护下高危急诊PCI术的护理经验 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨主动脉球囊反博泵保护下高危PCI术围手术期护理经验,提高患者生存率,减少并发症的发生。方法:连续收集在我院行主动脉球囊反搏泵保护下行高危急诊PCI术的22例患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:22例患者,平均IABP持续时间(2.8±1.4)d,平均住院时间为(15.1±14.1)d,死亡3例(13.6%)。发生直径>5 cm血肿1例,肢体缺血1例。结论:主动脉球囊反博泵辅助治疗是高位患者PCI术成功的有效措施,术中和术后的规范化监测和护理可减少并发症发生,提高患者生存率。
