摘要
目的:总结人工股骨头置换手术配合体会,探讨该术配合的要点和注意事项。方法:回顾67例人工股骨头置换术,术前进行细致完善的准备,术中默契熟练手术配合,观察手术是否顺利进行。结果:67例患者均取得手术成功,术后恢复良好。结论:术前精心细致的准备和术中娴熟的护理配合,严格的无菌操作是手术成功的关键,能有效促进术中手术顺利进行。
Objective To Summarize the surgical coordination and experience in the artificial femoral head replacement,to explore the key points and precautions.Methods 67 cases with the artificial femoral head replacement were reviewed,including meticulous preparation,skilled coordination during the operation and outcomes of the operations.Results 67 operations were success,all patients had good recovery.Conclusions Meticulous preparation before operation,skilled cooperation during the operation and a strict aseptic operation may be keys to successful operation,and can promote the operation effectively.
