摘要
为提高钛义齿的美学效果 ,评价钛义齿阳极氧化着色的均匀性。方法 :制作 5副阳极氧化着色上颌钛腭托 ,用 CR- 32 1型色彩色差计在每副义齿腭侧 5个部位测量其表色值 ,用标准色差公式计算其色差。通过 CIE1976 L*a* b*均匀颜色空间定量评价各测量点色彩的一致性。结果 :钛义齿各测量点的色差△ Eab均小于 1.3,人眼不能分辨。结论 :阳极氧化法可使钛义齿表面呈均匀的金黄色 ,能增进义齿支架的美学效果。
Objective:To investigate the chromatic uniformity of anodized titanium denture frameworks. Methods:Five anodized upper titanium denture bases were fabricated for chromatic measurement. The color specification values L*a*b* were measured on five positions of each denture base surfaces using a chromameter.Then the magmitude of the total color difference between the measured positions was formulated by a single number of △E through in term of the values of L*a*b*,and evaluated in the CIELab uniform color scale.Result:The values of total color differences between the measured positions were less than 1.3,which is not differentiated by the naked eyes.Conclusion:The golden color on the surface anodized titanium denture frameworks is uniform, improving the aesthetic appearance of titanium dentures.
