光学探针在气液两相流动局部参数测量中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 光纤传感器作为纤维光学领域中的新技术,在两相流动局部参数的测量中得到了越来越广泛的关注。为了获取气液两相流动的局部界面信息,进一步深入了解两相流动的内部机理,给出了双传感器光学探针的详细制作过程,并将制作成的探针应用于气液两相流实验研究。实验中通过压降方法与探针方法测得的空泡份额之间的平均偏差为8%,表明所制作的双传感器光学探针测量精度较高,能够应用于气液两相流局部参数的测量。进一步的实验研究表明,管内局部空泡份额沿通道径向呈'壁峰型'分布规律,并且局部界面面积浓度(IAC)的径向分布也呈现出基本相同的规律。 Optical fiber senor, as a new technique in the field of fiber optics, has received more and more attention to the measurement of local parameters in two-phase flow. The applica- tion of optical probe is useful to get more local interfacial information as well as to further com- prehend the intrinsic mechanism of two-phase flow. In this paper, the detailed fabrication process of double-sensor optical probes was given. An investigation was conducted by using the probe fabricated by ourselves in two-phase flow experiment. By comparing the void fraction measured by the probe method with that measured by differential pressure method, it was found that the average error was about 8 ~, which indicated that the fabricated probe has a relatively high metri- cal precision, and it can be used for the measurement of local two-phase flow parameters. A fur- ther study showed that the void fraction nearly doesn't change with radius except in the near wall region where it has a peak value, namely wall peak, and the interfacial area concentration (IAC) distribution is similar with that of the void fraction.
