摘要 目的 :应用角膜塑型镜片对青少年近视矫治作临床对比分析 ,在评估近视屈光矫治效果的同时 ,研究验配过程中的规范程序及其重要性。方法 :对 5 4例 ( 10 5眼 )近视青少年验配角膜塑型镜片并进行随访检测分析 ,检测方法和步骤 :1规范验光和角膜等有关参数测定 ;2试戴镜系统的应用分析 ;3追踪随访的检测参数分析 ;4镜片调整和问题解决。结果 :110 5眼配戴角膜塑型镜后 ,屈光度明显下降 2~ 5 D;下降速度最快时间在前 2周内。2主要并发症是角膜上皮染色 ( 45 % )和角膜可逆性散光增加 ( 18% )或变化。结论 :角膜塑型镜片可减少一定量的近视度数 。 Objective:To analyze the efficacy of myopia reduction of orthokeratology, and study the complications and their solutions.Methods:54 myopies were fitted orthokeratology. They kept for follow-up visits for 6 months. Regular and standardized examination procedure were set up for initial and follow-up visit.Results:105 eyes after fitted Orthokeratology have unaided visual acuity increased, with myopia reduced -2~-5D. The quickest reduction happened in the first 2 weeks. The major complications are epithelial staining (45%) and corneal reversible astigmatism (18%) .Subjective refraction is the reliable refraction methord during the procedure.Conclusion:Orthokeratology can reduce some amount of myopia. The standardized examination and fitting procedure can ensure its safety and efficancy. The topography provide data for monitoring the lens refitting and solving the problem.
