摘要
目前冲压件均以符合率作为评估标准,在实际装车过程中容易出现符合率很高,但装车后质量缺陷较多的问题.提出一种冲压件质量评估方法,综合考虑冲压件偏差量与重要度的影响,能有效避免类似问题,全面评估冲压的尺寸质量.
The coincidence rate is used as the assessment standard for stamping parts. In fact, the quality defections occur upon completion of assembly. In this study, a novel quality assessment method is proposed in synthesized consideration with the deviation and importance of stamping parts. Therein, this approach can avoid similar problems and comprehensively assess dimensional stamping quality.
