摘要 根据旋挖钻机不同施工工况对扭矩的实际需求,建立了动力头马达扭矩、压力、排量和电流的关系.电比例马达的排量与输入电流呈线性关系,控制器实时接收马达的进油口压力信号,计算出马达所需扭矩对应的电磁阀的电流值,依据电流值的大小控制马达排量.进油口压力达到一个较稳定的值后,马达排量不再变化.控制器中预存有多个挡位下压力与电流的函数关系,实现了动力头的多挡位控制,可满足多种工况的需求,在提高施工效率的同时也达到了节能减排的目的. According to the actual torque demands on rotary drilling rigs under different working conditions, the relationships among torque, pressure, displacement and current of electric proportion motor are established. Due to the linearity relationship between electric proportion motor displacement and input current, the real-time motor oil-inlet pressure signals are received by controllers. By controlling the motor displacement via current value, the solenoid-valve current regarding motor torque is calculated. When the oil-inlet pressure reaches a stable value, the motor displacement keeps unchanged. The function relationship between pressures and currents are pre-set in controllers to realize rig multiple-shift control. Therefore, this approach can meet the demands on various working conditions, improve the construction efficiency and achieve the energy-saving purpose.
