上课时不要发生故障是教师对多媒体教室服务教学的最高期望,用因果图分析多媒体教室发生故障影响教师正常授课的原因,采取适当措施减少或消除这些故障,提高服务教学的工作质量。
The most important expectation of teachers is that the multimedia classroom do not malfunction while a teacher is teaching, use the causality diagram analysis the causes impact the multimedia classroom functioning normally, take appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate the fault, and improve the teaching service quality.
