动压油膜轴承的摩擦性能及表面形貌分析 被引量:6

摘要 在考虑弹性变形、倾斜因素和粘温粘压关系的基础上,简要概述了动压油膜轴承润滑理论,基于油膜轴承综合试验台在线模拟了轴承的实际运转,通过TR200粗糙仪测量了试验轴承的三维表面形貌,间接地反映了轴承合金的磨损情况。结果表明:动压轴承在承载区的粗糙度变化幅值比较明显,非承载区变化幅值比较小。因此,非常有必要采取合理的措施控制或减少摩擦和磨损的产生。 With consideration of the elastic deformation, the misalignment factor and the viscosity-temperature and viscosity-pressure relationships, a brief overview of lubrication theory of mill oil-film bearing is introduced and the the actual operation of bearing was simulated on oil film bearing test rig. The 3D surface topography of test bearing was measured by TR200 rough instrument, which indirectly reflects the wear of bearing alloy. The results showed that the change of roughness amplitude of test bearing is obvious in the bearing area, but is relatively small in non- bearing area. Therefore, it is necessary to take reasonable measures to control or reduce the generation of the friction and wear.
