摘要
目前我国高等职业教育基本实现了规模化发展,它们的作用和价值也日益显现。但是纵观其课程体系以及实际教学情况,就会发现重职业技能培养轻文化素质教育,重做事能力培养轻做人教育现象严重。这种"去文化现象"已经成为高等职业教育发展的顽疾。文章着重分析这一现象形成的原因、所带来的危害,提出了如何应对的具体思路。
Up to now, higher vocational education in China has achieved scale development, and its roles and values have become increasingly evident. However, there exists a phenomenon of great importance attached to professional skills rather than cultural literacy, which has become an ailment in higher vocational education development. This paper analyzes the causes and harms of the phenomenon and puts forward some solutions.
