摘要
水泥是传统的材料工业,在国民经济发展中拥有重要地位。但我国正面临着"高能耗"、"高排放"、"高产能过剩"的水泥工业的困境,发展高能效的低碳水泥工业刻不容缓。加快科技进步,提高水泥生产的能效水平,加快研发低碳技术,逐步降低单位二氧化碳排放强度是实施水泥行业节能减排的有效途径。
Cement is a traditional material industry, which has an important position in the development of national economy. While, we are in face of the plight of ＂high energy consumption＂, ＂high emissions＂, ＂ high over capacity＂ in cement industry, and the development of high energy-efficient and low carbon ce- ment industry is urgent. To improve the energy efficiency level of cement production and reduce carbon di- oxide emissions intensity by science and technology progress could be efficient way for energy conservation and emission reduction in cement industy.
