摘要
试样经650℃灼烧,水-盐酸-硝酸(4+3+1)分解,动物胶凝聚硅酸后,用活性炭动态吸附金,再经灰化,提取,制成盐酸(1+11)溶液,将试液吸入空气-乙炔火焰中,用原子吸收分光光度计测定金的吸光度,从而读出浓度。在已知金含量的基础上,加入不同的金标准品后,作回收试验,根据所得算得金的回收率在97.0%~100.5%之间。本方法适用于岩石、矿物中ω(Au)/10-6=0.05-100的测定。
