本文介绍了1#高炉为满足提升产能、增加批重的需求,在料车容积无法扩充的情况下,依靠重新编制4车制控制逻辑程序的手段,实现提高产能降焦增效的目的。
This article describes the measure taken in the 1# blast furnace to meet the demand to enhance production and increase the batch load. When material vehicle volume can＇ t be extended, the goals of enhancing production and reducing the coke-ratio has been fulfilled by recompiling the control logic program for the four-vehicle system.
