摘要
镜铁山矿铁矿石输出系统由原气动扇形闸门改为液动闸门装矿,明显提高装矿效率,消除跑矿,能耗降低,维护成本降低,安全性提高;系统改造达到预期目的。
Jingtieshan iron ore loading-transporting system has been renovated from pneumatic fan sluice to hydraulic driving one, which drastically enhance ore loading efficiency, eliminate ore leaking during loading, reduce energy consumption and equipment maintenance cost, raise safety standard. The system renovation has reached expected goal.
