摘要
以铜及铜合金有色金属标准样品为例,从分析方法选择、仪器和设备校验、试剂提纯、水再处理、基准物质应用、操作人员贮备、测定过程设计、测试数据评定等方面探讨了标准样品元素含量测定流程中的质量控制,目的是建立一套完善的测试控制体系,实现标准样品元素测试数据的准确、可靠。
This paper discussed that element determination of copper and copper alloy in the process of quality control, the guality control involves the choice of analysis methods, the calibration of instruments and equipment, the purification of re agents, the retreated water, application of reference material, operators reserve, the design of determined process, evalua tion of test data. The purpose is to establish a comprehensive test control system, to ensure the test data of the reference material elements are accurate and reliable.
