摘要
目的 探讨膀胱癌根治性切除术性功能的保存。方法 对 7例膀胱癌患者进行了保留支配阴茎海绵体神经血管束的根治性膀胱切除术。结果 术后随访 10～ 36个月 ,5例阴茎恢复勃起 ,可以同房 ;1例有勃起但不能达到同房 ;1例阴茎未恢复勃起。结论 保留海绵体神经血管束的根治性膀胱全切术 ,可有效地降低患者术后阳萎的发生率 ,有助于提高患者术后的生活质量。
Objective\ To evaluate radical cystectomy with preservation of sexual function.Methods\ Radical cystectomy with neuro-vascular bundles sparing were performed on 7 patients with bladder cancer.Results\ Post-operation for 10 to 36 months,the follow-up results showed that 5 of these patients had sufficient erection for satisfactory intercourse;the others cases,one occurred erection but not enough for vaginal penetration,another with impotence.Conclusion\ Radical cystectomy with neuro-vascular bundle sparing can reduce impotence rate and improve the patients'postoperative life quality.
