摘要
针对某型发动机的结构模式和故障特点,建立了基于发动机主机系统和附件系统的可靠性综合评估模型,利用该模型对发动机的可靠度、故障率和平均故障间隔时间进行综合评估后发现,可靠度随工作时间的增加而降低,平均故障率随工作时间的增加而增加,平均故障间隔时间远远超过了鉴定时的门限值,但是离成熟期目标值还有一定的差距。
Focused on the structure model and failure characters of a engine, the reliability evaluation model of certain engine was established based on mainframe system and accessory system, and used this model to evaluate the reliability,failure quotient and average failure interval time. After analysis, we can see that with the work time increased, the reliability decreased but the failure quotient increased and the average failure interval time exceeded the limit value of checkup, but less than object value of mature time.
