摘要
电弧风洞模型主要用于大功率电弧加热器上。由于弧室压力的提高,使放电的不稳定性增加,向外辐射的高频电磁场也加强,给模型送进系统的电气控制部分带来很强的电磁干扰,从而影响整套系统的正常工作。针对电磁干扰,采取了屏蔽、接地、滤波以及软件方面的抗干扰措施,在很大程度上削弱了电磁干扰,使整套送进控制系统工作性能显著增强。
The electric arc air tunnel model has been used on high-power electric arc heater. Because the improvement of the arc room pressure will cause the electric discharge the unstable increasing and also will strengthen the external radiation of the high frequency electromagnetic field, it will bring the very strong electromagnetic interference to the deliver system of the model of the electricity control section. Thus all of factors will affect the normal work of whole system. Focused on elec- tromagnetic interference, the shield, the earth, the filter as well as the software aspect anti interference measures were de signed, which weakened the electromagnetic interference from most severe degree and enhanced the whole deliver control system operating performance enhancement.
