摘要
目的探讨优质护理在腹腔镜成人疝修补术中的应用方法与效果。方法80例患者按开展优质护理前后随机分成两组进行围手术期的观察与护理，对照组（40例）采取传统护理措施，优质护理组（实验组40例）采取优质护理措施，包括详尽的围手术期健康宣教、细微的生活护理、限制静脉输液量、鼓励早期进食、早期活动，定期术后回访。结果优质护理组与对照组患者相比，患者首次肛门排气时间提前，伤口疼痛感时间缩短，并发症减少，总住院天数与总住院费用减少。结论优质护理措施应用于腹腔镜成人疝修补术中，不适感及并发症减少，明显改善患者的心理状态，加速患者康复，提高病人满意度，进一步推进腹腔镜在成人疝手术中的应用。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of high quality nursing in laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy for adult patients. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups in operation period of observation and care. Control group（40 cases） took routine nursing, while experiment group（40 cases） took high quality nursing, including detailed perioperative health education, careful life care, limited venous transfusion volume, early feeding, early mobilization, regular follow-up visit. Results Compared with control group, experiment group underwent earlier first anal exhaust time, less wound pain time, less complications, shorter length of stay and less hospitalization expenses. Conclusions High quality nursing in laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy for adult patients can reduce complications, significantly improve patients＇ mental state, accelerate recovery, improve satisfaction.
