摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定食用调和油中游离棉酚,流动相为甲醇∶2%的磷酸水溶液:四氢呋喃=88∶10∶2,C18(ODS)柱分离,紫外235nm处测定。相对于国标GB/T 5009.148-2003植物性食品中游离棉酚的测定缩短了分析时间。本方法的重复性(相对标准偏差)优于5%,回收率为94%~98%,最低检测限度为1μg/g。本方法简单、易行,可用于食用调和油中游离棉酚的定性定量分析。
The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method had been used to determinate free gossypol in mixed edible oil, a mobile phase of methanol:2% water solution of phosphoric acid: four tetrahydrofuran = 88 : 10 : 2, C18 ( ODS ) column separation, ultraviolet235nm determination. Compared with the national standard GB / T5009. 148--2003 determination of free gossypol in plant foods, shorten analysis time. The method reproducibility ( relative standard deviation) is less than 5 %, the recovery rate was 94%-98%, the lowest detection limit was 1 ug / g. This method is simple, feasible, and can be used for edible oil free gossypol in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
