摘要
雷电灾害是影响通信网络安全可靠运行的重要原因之一,通信防雷工作是通信网络安全运行监管的重要组成部分,也是涉及社会公共安全的政府职责。阐述了当前通信防雷管理现状及工作情况,通过分析工作中发现的问题,对新形势下通信防雷工作思路提出建议。
Lightning disasters,one of the important reasons that affect the safety and reliability of the communication network operation. The work of com- munication lightning protection is an important part of communication network safety operation regula- tion, also in the social public security of government responsibility. This paper expounds the current com- munication lightning protection management status quo and working situation. Through the analysis of the problems found in the work, ideas are provided in the proposal.
