摘要
文章通过研究全球宽带测速平台的建设经验,形成我国宽带测速平台的建设思路,最终给出我国宽带测速平台的建设规划。
This paper studied the overseas experi- ences in construction of broadband performance test platforms, then it put forth strategy and planning proposals for broadband performance testing plat- form construction in China.
