摘要
针对秸秆生物反应堆技术推广中存在的人工开沟、覆土环节劳动强度过大、生产率低的问题,设计开发出适合在温室内作业的新型开沟装置。阐述该装置的总体结构与工作原理,对其关键部件进行优化设计。通过试制与应用,证实该装置结构合理、作业质量好、动力消耗小,可作为秸秆生物反应堆技术的配套机具进行推广应用。
in view of the existent problems in promoting straw bioreactor technology, including manual ditching, high labor intensity in earthing, and inefficiency, a novel ditching device is designed suitable for operation in greenhouse. This article examines the overall structure and working principle of the machine and makes optimization on its major components. The test and application of the device shows that the designed machine is rational in structure, efficient in operation, and low in power consumption. Therefore it should be promoted as a supportive equipment for straw bioreaetor technology.
