摘要
通过比较德国双元制、英国"三明治"和美国合作教育三种有代表性的工学结合人才培养模式的异同,总结出适合中国高等职业教育发展的经验,推进我国高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式的研究与探索,为社会培养更多高素质高技能应用型人才。
Cornparmg with the differences and similarities of work-integrated learning talents training mode of the German Dual System, the United Kingdom＇ s ＂Sandwich＂ and the United States＇ Cooperative Education., it sums up the experience of higher vocational edu- cation development in China, advances the research and exploration training mode in higher vocational education to train more high quality and skill applied talents.
