摘要
回顾社区全科医生通过心电图、心肌梗死三项等实验室检查确诊的1例肺血栓栓塞患者的病例资料,总结社区医院诊治肺血栓栓塞的经验,分析社区全科医生接诊并及时转诊肺栓塞患者的体会,明确肺栓塞的诊断标准。
The clinical data of a patient with pulmonary thromboembolism,who was diagnosed through EKG,and auxiliary examinations of three items for myocardial infarction and other examinations,were retrospectively investigated.Thus we summarize the experience about how a general practitioner in community to indentify,treat and transfer timely the patients with the disease,and finally we define the criterion for diagnosis of this disease.
