摘要
目的构建一套省级适宜卫生技术评估指标体系,为适宜卫生技术筛选和建设省级适宜卫生技术库提供决策依据。方法本研究通过文献复习法和专家咨询法构建指标体系并确定各指标权重。结果制定了省级适宜卫生技术评估指标体系,并确定了各指标权重,其中包括一级指标5个,分别为科学性、技术实施要求、安全性、有效性及适宜性;二级指标14个;三级指标28个;四级指标19个。结论本研究构建了一套全面、科学、简易可行的适宜卫生技术评估指标体系,并制定了技术评估方法,为适宜卫生技术筛选解决了关键问题,对于推动适宜卫生技术评估、推广和应用具有重要意义。
Objective To establish an assessment index system for provincial appropriate health technology,and provide a basis for decision making for appropriate health technology library.Methods Literature review and expert consultation were used to build index system and determine the index weight.Results The assessment index system was established and the weights for each index were also determined.The system includes 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,28 third-level indicators,and 19 forth-level indicators.The first-level indicators are scientific,technical implementation requirements,safety,effectiveness,and suitability.Conclusion A comprehensive,scientific,and operable index system was established,and the assessment method of technology was also formulated.It is a key for selection of appropriate health technology,with an important significance for assessment and promotion of appropriate health technology.
