鸡尾酒式镇痛混合剂治疗全膝关节置换术后早期疼痛疗效观察 被引量：15

摘要 目的评价全膝关节置换术后关节周围组织注射鸡尾酒式镇痛混合剂的镇痛效果。方法 68例拟行单侧全膝关节置换术膝骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各34例,观察组术后关节周围组织注射鸡尾酒式镇痛混合剂(吗啡+罗哌卡因+复方倍他米松+肾上腺素),对照组34例注射生理盐水;术后48h内均经静脉应用镇痛泵。比较2组术后6,24,48,72h静息及术后24、48h活动时VAS评分、主动直腿抬高时间、膝关节活动度。结果观察组术后第6,24,48,72h静息VAS评分及术后24,48h活动时VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组主动直腿抬高时间及术后第2,3天膝关节活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鸡尾酒式镇痛混合剂可有效缓解全膝置换术后早期疼痛。
