摘要
随着IPTV业务的发展以及用户对服务质量要求的提高,IPTV服务质量保障变得越来越重要。首先简单介绍目前电信运营商IPTV服务质量保障现状及不足,通过对IPTV服务保障体系架构的研究以及对IPTV服务质量保障方案技术要求的分析,提出面向用户感知的IPTV服务质量保障方案。最后分析新保障方案在提高IPTV服务质量和提升用户感知方面的明显优势。
With the development of IPTV service and the increasing requirement of the user on IPTV QoS, the QoS guarantee becomes even more important. Firstly, this article points out current situation and deficiency of IPTV QoS guarantee, then based on study of IPTV QoS guarantee system architecture and analysis of the technical requirements by IPTV QoS guarantee, proposes the QoS guarantee solution based on user＇s experience, and finally discusses the obvious advantages of the new QoS guarantee solution in improving QoS and user＇ s experience of IPTV service.
