摘要
宽带通信系统中高峰均比的非恒包络调制信号很容易将功率放大器推至非线性区,不仅产生信号频谱扩散,还会大幅度地降低功放的效率,故适当地降低信号功率的峰均比(PAPR)是有必要的。提出了一种改进型的级联噪声滤波削峰算法,以此来降低信号的PAPR。论证了算法的可行性,并且实验结果表明,对PAPR=11.78dB与邻信道功率比ACPR=-74.7dB的单载波宽带码分多址(WCDMA)信号,通过改进型级联噪声滤波削峰,输出信号的PAPR=7.1dB,ACPR=-63dB。削峰输出信号与原信号的归一化均方误差为-55.9dB。此外,该算法在硬件描述语言中很易实现。
The non-constant envelop modulation signal implemented by the wideband communication system has a high PAPR (peak to average power ratio), and it makes power amplifier (PA) operate at nonlinear region easily. This situation would cause spectrum spread and reduce the power efficiency of PA substantially. So it is necessary to reduce PAPR of the signal appropriately. A new cascaded noise filter peak cancellation (NCNF-PC) technique is proposed to reduce the PAPR. The feasibility of NCNF-PC is verified. For the single carrier wideband code division multipleaccess (WCDMA) signal with 11.78 dB PAPR and ACPR (adjacent channel power ratio) =-74.7 dB, the experimental result shows that the PAPR and ACPR of the NCNF-PC system output signal could reach the values of 7.1 dB and -63 dB. In addition, the NMSE (normalized mean squared error) between the original signal and the output signal is -55.9 dB. Last but not least, this algorithm could be easily realized in hardware description language.
