摘要
在我国政治体制、经济体制深刻变革,社会结构、人的思想观念和价值观念深刻变化的形势下,建设社会主义核心价值体系,具有重要的意义。社会主义核心价值体系建设的重点在基层,难点也在基层,要把基层社会主义核心价值体系建设与基层文化建设相结合、与县乡党政机关的垂范相结合、与基层党的建设相结合、与社会主义新农村建设相结合。
