周敦颐与汝城儒学教育

摘要 周敦颐的教育思想,其《通书》有集中阐述,主要包括"圣希天,贤希圣,士希贤"的理想论、向善改过的目的论、"一为要"的方法论三个方面。在任汝城县令四年期间,周敦颐注重教育,首创县学,并躬自设堂讲学,开启了汝城敦学重教的风气。周敦颐对汝城古代教育的影响是全方位、多层次的,具体体现在官学、私学、书院等古代主要教育形式上。汝城民风淳朴、人文鼎盛是周敦颐过化存神的结果。 Zhou Dunyi's educational thinking is mainly expounded in the “Book of Tung”, which includes three aspects of methodologies, namely, the theory of“being Worthy, being Sage and being Heaven”, the teleology of developing virtues and correcting mistakes, and “no desire is the main point”. During Zhou's stay in Rucheng County as magistrate, he attached great importance to education. He initiated county school and personally set up academy to give lectures, thus opened a good atmosphere of diligent study and valuing education in Rucheng County. Where there is the trend, there is a developed education. Zhou Dunyi had an all-round and multi-layered impact on the ancient education at Rucheng County, which demonstrated in the prime education forms of ancient times, such as official school, private school and academy of classical learning and so on. Rucheng County's simple and honest folk custom and the rich culture is attributed to Zhou's spirit.
