摘要
对单级双吸泵转子的临界转速,应用能量法、特征方程法、有限元法等四种方法,分别进行了计算;并应用冲击响应法,对产品样机的临界转速进行了实际测量。然后,对比了不同算法的结果与实测结果的差异,探讨了不同算法的特点,以及可能引起较大误差的因素等。研究结论对双吸泵转子临界转速的计算以及计算方法的选择,具有直接的应用价值和参考价值;对于其它类型转子临界转速的计算和研究,也有重要的参考价值。
Methods like energy,characteristic equation and FEM are applied to calculate the critical speed of a single-stage double-suction pump′s rotor.And the critical speed of real product is tested with method of response of the shock.Then the differences between results of calculation and result of testing are contrasted.The characteristics of several calculation methods and possible factors which caused bigger deviation are discussed too.The study conclusion has direct values of application and reference for calculation of double-suction pump′s rotor and choice of different calculation methods.And for calculation and study on other kinds of rotor,it also has important values of reference.
