摘要
目的:观察解语丹在治疗中风不语症的临床效果。方法:将本组的60例入选病例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组的治疗以常规临床对症处理,治疗组在常规对症处理的基础上予以汤剂解语丹加减内服,对照组和治疗组的治疗期为4周,观察治疗前后患者语言表达的效果。结果:治疗组中有12例患者恢复语言功能,有效16例,2例无效,总有效率为93.33%;对照组有9例患者恢复语言功能,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率为70%;两组综合疗效医学统计比较,差异有显著性;患者均未发现明显的毒副反应。结论:解语丹配合常规对症处理治疗中风不语症疗效优于常规对症处理,且安全副作用少,是治疗中风后失语症的首选药物,并值得深入研究。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating stroke in silence with the Jieyu Dan.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 each.The control group therapy to routine clinical symptomatic treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,was given the Jieyu Dan for treatment,the control group and the treatment group treatment period of 4 weeks,to observe the effect of the language expression of the patients before and after treatment.Results：In the treatment group,12 patients restored language features,effective in 16 cases,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;and in the control group,9 patients recovered language function,effective in 12 cases,the total effective rate was 70%;two groups efficacy of medical statistics comparing the difference was statistically significant;were not found in patients with significant toxicity.Conclusion：The Jieyu Dan symptomatic plus conventional treating stroke mutism effective than conventional symptomatic treatment and less side effects and safety,is the drug of choice for treating stroke aphasia,and worthy of further study.
