摘要
目的:总结骨纤维异常增殖症(FDB)的影像学表现。方法:回顾性33例FDB患者的影像学资料。结果:33例FDB中单骨型26例,多骨型7例;病变部位分布在四肢骨22例、骨盆5例、颅面骨4例、肋骨2例;影像学表现为囊状改变23例、磨玻璃样改变5例、丝瓜瓤样改变3例、虫蚀样改变2例。结论:FDB有典型的影像学表现,DR可显示病变整体,CT可显示病变内部结构,MRI可了解比邻组织的关系,综合应用影像学检查有助于FDB与骨肿瘤、骨囊肿、骨肉瘤和畸形骨炎的鉴别诊断。
Objective： To summarize bone fibrous dysplasia hyperplasia（FDB） imaging findings and their pathological.Methods：A retrospective review of 33 cases of FDB patients with imaging data.Results：33 cases FDB single bone in 26 cases,polyostotic 7 cases;distribution of lesions in the limbs 22 cases,5 cases of pelvic,4 cases of craniofacial bones,ribs,2 cases;imaging findings of cystic change 23 cases,ground glass-like changes in 5 cases,the loofahs like changes in 3 cases,worm-eaten-like changes in the 2 cases.Conclusion：FDB typical imaging findings,DR lesions can be displayed as a whole,CT can be displayed next to the organization＇s relationship lesions of the internal structure,MRI can understand,comprehensive application of imaging examinations were helpful the FDB and bone tumor,bone cyst,osteosarcoma,and malformation differential diagnosis of osteitis.
