摘要
论述了神东煤炭集团员工素质提升系统中的各个要素、系统结构以及系统运行的方式,认为该系统要素齐全、结构合理、运行稳定,从生产能力提升的角度看,该系统与公司现在的发展水平相适应。
This paper discusses each factor, structure and ways of operation in quality improvement system to the staff in Shendong Coal Group. It can be operated steadily with all-round system factors and reasonable structure, and it seems that the system fit with the present developmental level of company from the perspective of production capacity promotion.
