摘要
市场经济条件下,城市用地分类对于城市开发控制具有重要作用。本文介绍英国、加拿大、日本、堪培拉(澳大利亚)、香港(中国)等国家和地区的用地分类体系,归纳其在城市开发控制中的应用形式、控制内容和职能特征。在借鉴国际经验的基础上,提出完善我国城市用地分类标准的相应建议。
Under the conditions of market economy, urban land use classification plays an important role in urban development control. This paper introduces the land use classification systems in the UK, Canada, Japan, Canberra （Australia） and HonE Kong （China）, as well as the systems＇ structures application ways, control targets and specific functions. Drawing on the international experience, some advices to improve Chinese urban land use classification arc discussed in the end of this paper.
